We recognize event planning may be stressful. We offer flexible delivery hours between 7:00AM to 1:00PM. Our delivery team will call before arriving at the delivery address.

The inflatable can set up in any location with a flat secure surface. Grass is preferred for the ultimate experience. Please specify the surface to bring the proper equipment for the installation.

While we provide the proper equipment for the event, the costumer will need to provide:
Access to the set-up site. Please check sizing before reserving.
Electrical access to a 110v outlet. We provide 100 feet of extension cord, costumer must provide additional cord if necessary.
(Optional) If using with water, please provide a water source with a hose long enough to reach the set up site. The hose must have a normal connector.

Yes, a 48 hour notice is required to reschedule.

To cancel the reservation, call or leave us a message at (717) 688-9684.
Cancellations may be made 72 hours before and the deposit will remain as a credit for 6 months from the cancel date.
Cancellations may be made a week before scheduled reservation for full refund.
